Erzsébet királyné István mesternek, váci éneklő-kanonoknak és a királyi kancellária prothonotariusának már Zsigmond, majd Albert királyok idejében és végre az ő idejében kifejtett hűséges szolgálatainak az elismeréséül az országnagyok tanácsának a kikérésével királyi kezéből neki és általa testvérének: Péternek és Péter utódjainak adományozza a pestmegyei Gewmrew, Halom, Wechech és Pethery birtokokban a királynét illető birtokrészeket azoknak minden tartozékával együtt.
