Az országnagyok Berzevicze-i Henrik fiának Péternek fia:János panaszára meghagyják a váci káptalannak, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember felszólítsa Zagorhida-i Tarnok Demetert, hogy az általa jogtalanul elfoglalt Nógrád megyei Agard possessiót hűtlenség bűnének terhe mellett adja vissza a panaszosnak és egyben Szt.György oktávájára (máj.l) perbe idézze.
