Veszprémmegye hatósága (Karmacz-i Sebestyén és Essegwara-i Pál alispánok és a szolgabírák) jelenti Hedrehwara-i Lőrinc nádornak, hogy megkapta 1439 nov. 13-án kelt, teljes egészében közölt, vizsgálatot elrendelő oklevelét, melynek értelmében Chatar-i Benedeket küldte ki a kebeléből, aki dec. 13-án Veszprémmegyében vizsgálatot tar ott és mindent a jelentésnek megfelelően talált. - Hátán három pecsét töredékesen.
