A győri káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megkapta Albert királynak 1439. jul.2-án kelt, teljes egészében közölt oklevelét, melynek értelmében Chepy-i Kawaczy András királyi emberrel kiküldte Belmura-i Balás kanonoktársát, akinek a jelenlétében a királyi ember okt. 9-én kiszállt Pornok birtokhoz és a benne levő királyi joghoz és a szomszédok, nevezetesen Marco et Paulo de dicta Pornok jelenlétében bevezette abba királyi adomány címén Rozgonyi István comest minden ellentmondás nélkül. - Méltóságsor:Honorabilibus viris dominis Simone preposito, Matheo lectore, Anthonio cantore, Michaele custode ceterisque..... - Függő pecsét.
