Hedrehwara-i Lőrinc nádor annak az ügynek a tárgyalását, amelyet Alsowlyndwa-i bánnak a fia: István és Pál indítottak Marchaly Miklós wayvoda fia: Imre ellen, a György esztergomi érsek mint nádori bíró oklevelében és a kapornaki konvent válasziratában foglaltak miatt, amelyet a nádor halasztó oklevele alapján Szent György nyolcadán - máj.1. - kellett volna tárgyalni, általános királyi edictumból kifolyólag Szent Mihály nyolcadára - okt.6. - halasztotta.
