A kapornaki konvent jelenti Albert királynak, hogy az 1438. augusztus 31-i parancsának végrehajtásaképpen Zala megyében megtartott tanúvallatás a mandátumban foglalt panaszt igazolta, ezért a hatalmaskodó Zenthandras-i nemeseket Zenthandras-i részükből Egerwar-i Mihály fia: Balázs ellenében törvénybe idézték.
