A jászói konvent tanúsítja, hogy Tharkea-i /Sáros m./ Herlyh fia László fiai Rikalf és János zálogba adták a Szepesmegyei Lomycza birtokon bírt részüket, Segre-i /Szepes m./ Poocz Mihálynak, 66 arnyforintért. Szükség esetén más hasonló értékű birtokkal helyettesítik. - A zálogösszeget salvis ... decima et nona partibus kell visszafizetni. - Hátán pecsét maradvány. JÁSZÓI KONVENT
