Albert király Rozgonyi Simon veszprémi püspöknek, továbbá Rozgonyi Istvánnak és Györgynek /pozsonymegyei comesek/ a husziták elleni érdemeikért Kürt és Patha nyitramegyei possessiókat adományozza, amelyeket most nevezett István és György, tisztségük után /pro honore/ bírnak. - A pecsét alatt és a szöveg fölött a jobb felső részen: Ad mandatum domini regis sub suo secreto sigillo emanatum.
