quadragesimo die festi Viti et Modesti. A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy a Zsigmond király 1435. június 12-i parancsában elrendelt birtokbavezetést a királyi ember és a hites személy ellentmondás nélkül foganatosították.
