Zsigmond király Bethlenfalwa-i János fia: Twrzo György és Bethlenfalwa-i Bertalan fia: Márton - Wywar volt várnagya - bemutatásában és részére átírja és megerősíti a saját, 1430. március 19-i kiadványát a Turóc megyei Suchan oppidum s Podhrady, Kerpelen, Konsky és Nokczo possiók adományozásáról, valamint a turóci konvent 1430. május 7-én kelt jelentését a birtokbavezetésrő.
