Tyrnauie. feria sexta ante Judica. Zsigmond király meghagyja a turóci konventnek, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember Bethlenfalwa-i Bertalan fiát: Mártont - Wywar várnagyát - a Turóc megyei Suchchan oppidum és Podhrady, Kerpelen meg Konske villák, Bethelnfalwa-i János fiát: Twrzo Györgyöt pedig a szintén Turóc megyei Nowchow possessió birtokába királyi adomány címén bevezesse.
