Tyrnauie, dominica Oculi. Zsigmond király - hosszasan felsorolván hadi érdemeiket - Bethlenfalwa-i Bertalan fiának: Mártonnak - Wywar várnagyának - adományozza a Turóc megyei Swchan várat és oppidumot, valamint Podhrady, Kerpelen s Konsky villákat, Bethlenfalwa-i János fiának: Twrzo Györgynek pedig a szintén Turóc megyei Nokczo posessiót, meghatározván az osztályos testvérek között az örökösödés rendjét is.
