feria quarta prox. p. f. pasce Domini. A váradi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Feleghhaz-i Nemes ”dictus” Mihály fia Albert, aki akkor Byhar városban lakott, magára vállalva összes rokonai terhét, a káptalan előtt ily bevallást tett: a Bihar megyei Feleghhaz birtokban lévő birtokrészeit, amelyek őt öröklött és zálogjogon is megilletik, azok minden tartozékával pro centum florenis nove monete regalis tunc currentis elzálogosította Cyapol-i János fiának: Péternek.
