A nyitrai káptalan jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy az 1423. július 17-i parancsára Pozsony megyében megtartott tanúvallatás igazolta, hogy Vazen és Dalyan possessiók határjeleit megsemmisítették, tehát a mandátumban foglalt panaszok jogosak.
