Buda. Martini ap. Zsigmond király megparancsolja a szepesi káptalannak, hoy Kasumfolua-i Máté fia, Mihály feleségét, Erzsébetet, lányát, Annát, fiát, Lászlót, Michalfalua-i András lányait: Margitot, Annát, Katalint, Juliannát, Péter deák feleségét, Margitot és lányát: Dorottyát iktassa be a Szepes megyei Michalfolua birtokba örökösödési jogon.
