feria tertia proxima post f. pasce Domini. A budai káptalan privilegialis, alphabetummal intercisalt oklevelében bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte Herthel ”dictus” Zsigmond budai polgár és bejelentette, hogy a Pest megyei Gewmrewben lévő birtokrészét, amelyet Gewmrew-i Mátyás fiától: Mátyástól pénzen vásárolt, figyelembe véve Gewmrew-i János fiának: Péternek hűséges szolgálatait, a nevezett Péterre íratta át és örökre neki adományozta.
