Lajos királynak, hogy Chele-i Miklós királyi ember a konvent hiteles embere jelenlétében szeptember 17-én be akarta vezetni (Isep-i) Mártont Morua-i birtokrészébe, de Vos (dictus) Péter, ...ouch-i Balázs fia Gyapul szolgája Gyapul fia Balázs és Benedek fia Mihály nevében ellentmondott, ezért megidézték őket Márton ellen a királyi jelenlét elé Szent Mihály nyolcadára (október 6.).
