A nyitrai káptalan előtt Alsouelephanth-i Mátyás fia István a maga és fivérei: Mihály és Miklós nevében tiltakozik amiatt, hogy - miként megtudta - Felseuelphanth-i Deseu fia, Mihály mester összes vásárolt, szerzett, öröklött birtokát el kívánja adni, zálogosítani, végrendeletileg hagyományozni. Eltiltja tehát Mihály mestert birtokai elidegenítésétől, feleségét és másokat pedig azok megszerzésétől.
