(in Margarete). A somogyi konvent emlékezetül adja, hogy Arnaldus alperjel és újudvari (de Novacuria) preceptor nevében Lak-i Domokos fia: János a zalai konvent ügyvédvalló levelével megjelenvén bevallást tett, amellyel elismerte, hogy Kanysa-i Lőrinc fiának: Jánosnak fia: Miklós mester Iván-nap nyolcadán (júl. 1.) megfizette azt a 30 nehéz márkát (marcas gravis ponderis), amellyel urának tartozott, ezért ura felmentette őt kötelezettsége alól (reddidisset expeditum), s ezt az ügyvéd felhatalmazással a konvent előtt is megtette. - Papíron, hátlapján pecsét nyomával.
