Lajos király 1364. április 4-i parancsára kiküldte hiteles emberét Benedek mestert, kanonokot, akinek jelenlétében Kaplat-i András királyi ember Elefant birtok területén megidézte István fia Istvánt Mihály mester ellenében a királyi jelenlét ítélőszéke elé.
