László opuliai herceg, nádor a kunok bírája Koot-i Lőrinc fia Demeter kérésére a Zaránd és Békés megyei nemesek részére tartott közgyűlésen kiküldte megbízottját, Mendzenth-i Miklós fia Jánost, aki Antal fia Jakab királyi emberrel és a csanádi káptalan hiteles emberével, Dávid literatussal az aradi káptalan oklevelének megfelelően beiktatta Lőrinc fia Demetert és fivérét, Domonkost Kooth possessió birtokába.
