5. d. Bath. I. Lajos király megparancsolja a szepesi káptalannak, hogy a Chetnuk-i Vörös (Rufus) Miklós fiai: Péter, és György ellen Thaplicha-i Kun (dictus) Miklós fia György által elkövetett hatalmaskodás ügyében - mely hatalmaskodás során György két lovat elvett - vizsgálják meg az igazságot és Miklós fiainak adják vissza a lovakat. A szepesi káptalan 1369. szeptember 7-i átiratában.
