4. d. exec. (alt. d. Nat. Joh.) A nyitrai káptalan II. Lajos király 1526. május 20-i iktató parancsa értelmében jelenti, hogy emberük a királyi emberrel együtt június 24-én és 25-én megjelent Czoborzenthmyhali Czobor Gáspár Nyitra megyei Sassyn nevű oppidumában. Czobor (?) László érsekkel megegyezett, tartozásának egy része fejében elzálogosítván neki a Nyitra megyei Radossowcz oppidumot. A zálogösszeg másik feléért Zápolyai György szepesi gróf elégítette ki az érseket. Eredeti, papír. Hátlapjára nyomott pecsét töredékével.– Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy) NYITRAI KÁPTALAN
