in oppido Samaria - quarto die ferie quarte post circumcisionis. II. Lajos király Pokatheleke-i Zomor Mihály és Balázs, Zerethwa-i Ramocha Ferenc és társaik felperesek, valamint Kanysa-i László és név szerint felsorolt várnagyai és familiárisai alperesek között az utóbbiak által a felperesek Pozsony megyei Gezth és Kysmacheed birtokán elkövetett sok hatalmaskodás miatt indult perben a felpereseknek esküt ítél meg.
