Budae. in vigilia Jacobi. Lajos király bizonyítja, hogy Zerdahel-i Fekethe másként Emreffi Mihály Hederuara-i Istvántól 1000 régi pénzű magyar forintot vett kölcsön és ha ezt neki szeptember 8-ig vissza nem fizetné, akkor biztosítására az adós Emreffi Somogy megyei Patha nevű birtokát biztosítékul elfoglalhatja. Átírja a fehérvári keresztesek konventje 1534. évi kiadványában, mely a fenti jelzet alatt egysz. 18. századi másolatban van meg.– Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) LAJOS 2 KIRÁLY
