Buda. 3. d. term. pren. (f. IV. p. Pauli) II. Lajos király Bethlenfalwa-i Thurzó Györgynek procuratora útján előadott panaszára, a budai káptalan által, a personalis presentia elé idézteti Rakowcz-i Ferencet és Kewer Jánost, az országnagyok Budán április 23-án tartott generalis conventusán hozott határozata értelmében, az Ujlaky Lőrinc országbíró előtt, 1519. június 5-én kötött egyezményük meg nem tartása miatt.
