A szepesi káptalan előtt Chythnyk-i Benedek fia Miklós fia György tiltotta apját, Miklóst és fivérét Akust, hogy Karaznahurka nevű várukat és az ahhoz tartozó falvakat Bebek Istvánnak, Györgynek, Domonkosnak és Miklósnak eladják, a vevőket pedig tiltotta a birtok használatától.
