Kont Miklós nádor kijelenti, hogy amennyiben nem mentik ki magukat megfelelően, bírsággal fogja sújtani Lypolch-i Péter fia Miklóst és Tamás fiait, Pétert és Istvánt, akik nem jelentek meg a nádor ítélőszéke előtt a szepesi káptalan idézésére a Nekche-i Denk fia Sándor mester (proc.: Vysen fia András) által ellenük indított perben.
