Visegrád, 24. d. oct. Georgii. in Wyssegrad. Kont Miklós nádor tanúsítja, hogy Kuchk-i Márton fia Dénes fia Jakab procuratora, Mihály fia János a kitűzött időpontban megjelent, és 23 napon át hiába várakozott a megbízója, és Chorna-i Lőrinc fia János, mint felperes között folyó perben a felperes, vagy megbízottja megjelenésére, ezért a nádor a szokásos büntetés terhe mellett felszólítja a felperest, hogy indokolja meg távolmaradását.
