Lajos király megerősíti Márton fia Péter fia Tamás Barath-i nemest örökösök nélkül elhunyt rokonától, Márton fia István fia Pétertől rámaradt Győr megyei Zenthuid, Wzturgatew és Wyfalu nevű földjeinek birtokában, mely birtokokat az örökösök nélkül elhunyt Péter szerezte I. Károly királytól, Telekbarath birtokért cserébe, majd annak halála után I. Károly király is megerősítette a birtokban Márton fia Péter fia Tamást.
