A váradi káptalan jelenti, hogy a királyi parancs értelmében eljárva, Petri Sándor királyi, Miklós éneklő kanonok, káptalani ember a Szabolcs megyében fekvő Leta possessio birtokrészébe be akarta iktatni Ágnes és Scolastica asszonyokat, de beiktatásuknak Zonizlo-i György fia, Mihály ellentmondott, ellentmondásának okát adni a királyi jelenlét elé idézték.
