Gömör megye /Balug-i Péter fia, Miklós, gömöri alispán és a négy szolgabíró/ tanúsítja, hogy Benedek fia, Péter mester, Chitnek-i nemes, a János fia, Péter, Therene-i nemes elleni perében szept. 14-én 5 márkát tartozik fizetni.
