Zeech-i Miklós országbíró oklevele szerint Patouch lánya, Iwan özvegye Teryeni Markus fiaival: Mihállyal és Istvánnal a Teryen-i birtokrész miatt, amely Patouch-ot örökjogon illeti, s amelyet Patouch (.ele fia, Teryen-i nemes) Verbouch-i Gyurk dictus fia Chortan fia, Jánosnak, a gener-ének adott, hosszú ideig pereskedett és végül a birtokrészt visszaszerezte.
