VIII. Kal. Marc. (I.) Lajos király Chelen fia: Sándor fia: János mester kérésére megerősíti (I.) Károly királynak a kérelmező által bemutatott, 1336. november 7-i, harmadik, azaz utolsó pecsétjével megerősített a Borsod megyei Wamus possessio és a Gömör megyei Olsoupinith possessio ügyében kiadott pátens oklevelét. Eredeti, hártya. 1. kék-bordó selyemzsinóron f. kettős p. tör. 2. bordó selyemzsinóron f. k. p. tör. D. p. m. Miklós zágrábi püspök, alkancellár.
