A kapornaki konvent bizonyítja, hogy eléje járult Thelekes-i Mihály fia: János és bemutatta előtte a konventnek saját, 1444. dec. 29-én kelt, fogott bírói ítéletről szóló oklevelét, melyet teljes egészében közöl, kérve, hogy azt részére privilegialis formában írja át. A konvent a kérést jogosnak találta és saját oklevelét szóról-szóra átírta és Thelekes-i János részére privilegialis formában kiadta. - Függő pecsétje hiányzik. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
