A garamszentbenedeki konvent jelenti Bathor-i István nádornak, hogy 1523. január 22-i parancsára az ahhoz mellékelt, ugyanezen napon kelt parancsot Naghlwche-i Doczy Ferencnek és Hada-i Benedek nemesnek Bewysthye várában kikézbesítették és egyben élőszóval is megidézték őket a nádor elé.
