Tamás országbíró, turóci ispán a pert, amelyet István fia Miklós bán János veszprémi püspök ellen Szent György nyolcadán 12 márkára becsült 2 malom, bizonyos szántóföldek és kaszáló birtokába való beiktatásnál történt ellentmondás miatt kellett viseljen, írásbeli királyi parancsra Márton nyolcadára halasztja.
