A budai káptalan a király parancslevele értelmében Zada-i Péter fia, Tamás leányának Zada és Gudulleu possessiókból az őt megillető leánynegyedet Poharus Péter mester kiadta. Neyk-i Balázs fia, Miklós királyi ember, Gergely mester, a királyné esztergomi káplánja, János pap és György kóruspap, valamint Poharus Péter mester prokurátora Guach István jelenlétében a szomszédokat összehívták és a birtokhatárokat kijelölték.
