IV. p. Epiphanie. A pécsváradi konvent előtt Greyberius pécsi bíró előadta, hogy a Warkun falun keresztülfolyó patakon, a Nyuigh faluba vezető út mentén fekvő malmát Nagy Kelemen fia, Gergely váradi polgárnak adja, aki ezért cserébe átengedi neki az említett malomnál lévő völgyben, Rufus Jeklinus kaszálójának és malmának szomszédságában, a másként Gaath-nak nevezett malomárok mellett, az Osed vizénél lévő kaszálóját.
