Az egri káptalan jelenti István horvát-szlavón bánnak, hogy utasítása értelmében Hered-i László, a bán küldöttje és János pap Cherreukezy Péter fia Pált a saját birtokán Cherreukezy-n, András fia Benedeket birtokán Bab (Baba)-n, Lóránd fia Kiliánt Bod-on, Veychy Egyedet és Barnabást Veychy-n megidézték István mester fia Péter és özvegye ellen, a bán személyes jelenléti bírósága elé július 1-jére.
