A pécsváradi konvent előtt Perekud-i Jakab fia Péter és fia András előadták, hogy 5 báni dénár márkáért (cum sex pensis computando) eladták a váradi Nagy Kelemen fia Gergelynek Perekud falu területén, egy Perekudmal nevű helyen, Nagy Tamás illetve Tyba fia János szőlejének szomszédságában fekvő szőlejüket.
