Bude. Dom. p. Asc. Domini. Wylak-i Lőrinc, Bosznia hercege, országbíró előtt egyfelől Rakowcz-i Zsigmond és Ferenc és János s Welezd-i Kewer Mihály fia: János, másfelől Bethlenffalwa-i (!) Thurzo György fia: János, rokonaik nevében is, az oklevélben részletesen ismertetett körülmények szerint megegyezésre jutottak az Abawywar megyei Felsewwadaz és Selys (?) nevű birtokok és Felsővadászon egy kőház, ill. nemesi curia tekintetében.
