prof. Fab. e. Seb. II. Ulászló Werbewcz-i István mester prothonotarius kérésére átírja Perényi Imre nádor 1513. november 28-án kelt oklevelét, mely szerint nevezett és Palotha-i Gergely kölcsönösen elcserélték Nógrád megyei birtokaikat, Kelechen-t és Gyevrke-t. A király Werbewcz-i érdemeiért minden esetleges jogát Gyerke-hez neki adományozza. Eredeti, hártya. Piros-sárga-zöld selyemzsinóron függő pecséttel.
