A nyitrai káptalan II.Ulászló király 1508. július 13-i parancsára protocollumából vagy regisztrumából tartalmi átírásban kiadja Podmanyczky Jánosnak azt a bevallást, melyet előtte a Trencsén megyei Hrychiw vár és Byche castellum ügyében Podmaniczky Balázs fia: Vencel tett, 1494. november 3-án. - Hiteleshelyi protocollum. - Hátlapján kitöredezett rányomott pecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
