Bude - tertio die termini prenotati: sabbato prox. p. f. b. Sophie vidue. Lajos király bizonyítja, hogy midőn a királyi személyes jelenlét előtt egyrészt Gwth-i Orzag Ferenc mint felperes, másrészt Werebel-i János mint alperes között folyó perben máj. 16-án a felperes procuratora: Thorda-i János literatus bemutatta az egri káptalannak patens oklevelét bizonyos bevallásról és elzálogosításról, akkor az alperes procuratora: Apafy Ferenc Werebel-i János nevében és részére az oklevélről másolatot kért. A király a káptalan oklevelét Werebel-i János részére szóról szóra átírta és patens formában kiadta. Eredeti, papír. A szöveg alatt papírfelzetes pecsét.
