A kapornaki konvent jelenti II. Ulászló királynak, hogy amikor 1506. november 28-i parancsára Berec tinini püspököt és testvéreit: Egerwara-i Jánost és Istvánt királyi adomány címén be akarták vezetni Kys Jakab, János, Mihály és László, valamint társaiknak Zala megyei - közelebbről meg nem jelölt - birtokaiba, annak ez utóbbiak ellentmondottak, amiért őket Szent György nyolcadára (máj.1.) perbe idézték. - Hátlapján ügyvéd nevének feljegyzése. - Zárópecsét maradványai. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
