A budai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Berzencze-i Bornemyza János, Buda várának várnagya, a neki Zerdahel-i Danch Pál leánya: Orsolya - Zerdahel-i Horwath György felesége - által a Somogy megyei Zerdahel, Lak, Weresalma és a többi név szerint feljegyzett birtokokban átengedett részeket örök jogon visszaadja Orsolya férjének: Horwath Györgynek, a kiadványban foglalt feltételekkel.
