Zsigmond pécsi püspök, királyi kincstartó meghagyja az egy forintos és más kontribució beszedőinek, hogy Som-i Josa Sáros megyei Makawycza vára és annak bárhol levő tartozékai után öt évig ne szedjék be sem a rendes, sem a rendkívüli taksát, mivel azt a király elengedte. - Szöveg alatt piros viaszú, papírfelzetes rányomott pecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
