A budai káptalan Miklós nádor 1344. június 23-i parancsára kiküldte hiteles emberét, Balázs sublectort, akinek jelenlétében Benche fia Balázs határjárást tartott a Fejér megyei Regun birtok területén és ellentmondás nélkül beiktatta annak birtokába Telmanus fia Péter budai polgárt.
