Kapornak V. p. quind. Penthecost. in Kopurnuk. Zala megye előljárói előtt Reznuk-i Mihály fia Miklós egyfelől, valamint Sclauus Pál, Lyndua-i várnagy másfelől a közöttük Boryh birtok beiktatása miatt indított per tárgyalásának elhalasztását kérték azzal a feltétellel, hogy ha a kijelölt időpontig nem tudnak megegyezni egymás között, Sclauus Pál újabb halasztást nem kérhet.
